We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager E-commerce to join our team and play a key role in managing and growing our e-commerce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize sales, enhance user experience, and drive business growth.
• Platform Management: Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless navigation, accurate product listings, and a frictionless checkout experience.
• Sales & Performance Analytics: Track sales performance, analyze customer behaviour, and generate insights to improve conversion rates.
• Campaign Integration: Collaborate with marketing, creative, and media teams to align e-commerce initiatives with digital marketing campaigns.
• SEO & Digital Growth: Work on SEO optimization, content updates, and website improvements to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Customer Experience & Retention: Ensure excellent customer service by handling queries, feedback, and order-related concerns.
• Vendor & Inventory Coordination: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage stock availability, pricing strategies, and timely fulfillment.
• Technology & Innovation: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, new tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance platform performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in an agency or digital-first environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, paid media campaigns, and CRM systems.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
