YOUR RESPONISBILITY

Conceptualization & Strategy: Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic objectives.

Copywriting: Write persuasive, clear, and engaging copy for advertisements, websites, emails, social media, product descriptions, video scripts, and more.

Create long-form content, such as blog posts, articles, or whitepapers, when required.

Editing & Proofreading: Edit and refine copy to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brief.

Review junior copywriters' work, providing constructive feedback and mentorship.

Campaign Execution: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch creative ideas to clients or internal teams.

Leverage insights to craft content that drives engagement and conversions.

Investigate and determine clients wants and needs.

• Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration.
• Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
• Responsible for leading the creative work that is produces on two or three accounts, depending on the account size.
• Lead concept presentations.
• Work closely with art, editorial and traffic departments to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.
• Identify and Interview prospective creative candidates.
• Become the creative voice for your accounts, Develop good relationships with your clients.
• Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriate.
