Job Description
- Lead the improvement of FCS usage for internal flow management (Booking, transfers, storage) and interface with external flow management (Reception, shipment), ensure the readiness of the plant for Digital solutions implementation and Lead these implementations activities with the support of PC&L improvement coordinator;
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction: anticipate mid and long term evolutions of shop floor activities in term of resources, staffing and skills with customer requirements (PIC), impact of launch of new programs and digital solutions implementations;
- Improve logistics performance: surface optimization, labor efficiency, handling utilization, HSE, alert management with strong support from PC&L improvement coordinator as well as other plant functions (Quality, FES, ME, Finance).
- Business competences: Build some intimacy to have a good relationship with
- Internal plant customers, Sales & Customers, Purchasing & Suppliers, Program team & Engineering, MPTS platforms.
- Leadership competences: Lead a team as a Manager - promote Being Faurecia
- Respect of Faurecia code of Management and Values (Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and accountability, fairness and respect)
- Knowledge of Employee Empowerment (EE) basics: engage team members in working in standard conditions and focused on continuous improvement
- How to implement: See Leadership training courses proposed by Faurecia University
- Management & Training
- Meet the code of conduct of the Company and promote it within her team. Behave as a role model , according to the Being Faurecia spirit;
- Provide support (technical/managerial) to his team and escalade issues to his Manager, when required;
- Cascade all important information to her team ; Provide reporting to her manager;
- Lead the PC&L shop floor team and set the relevant objectives according to ownership/accountabilities
- Manage the skills of his team, define the training plans in relation with HR. Conduct the annual assessments of his team members.
