Title : Engineer - Engineering Performance
Reports to : Manager - Engineering Performance
Description:
(S)he is responsible globally for support of PMS tool within the Forvia program management system (PMS) process. Should be capable to study organization s current systems and procedures and design information systems solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Should be able to analyze, design and implement information systems. Assess the suitability of the systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Serve as change agents who identify the organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those changes, and train and motivate others to use the systems. Define and author functional specifications as per the Faurecia program management system standards.
Qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical/Automobile / IT or Other equivalent engineering equivalent degree with good aggregate score
Experience:
o Looking for 0 to 4 years of relevant working experience on program management systems domain preferably in Automotive or other Mechanical Industry
Principal Accountability:
o Understand Project management Principles and methodologies
o Consult with Global Engineering team to determine the role of an IT system in the organization
o Devise ways to add new functionality to existing system
o Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization
o Organize and/or lead internal trainings, create the documentation if needed and measure effectiveness
o Ensure a functional support close to the key users
o Update reporting requirements for the key user network
o Test software upgrades for FIT to requirements
Software:
o Microsoft Project Server/Primavera/other relevant program Management tool
o MS-office applications

Other requirements:
o Must have international mind set, ability to work with international customers
o Should have the ability to present analysis results effectively
o On need basis, willing to travel to customer places, local or overseas
o Self driven and team oriented
o Valid passport
o English spoken and written communication
