Lead Analyst - DRF

Digital Reporting Factory (DRF) is in charge of providing digital reporting solution and reports to all the functions in the organization, for excellence and efficiency, for users in their day to day activities.

It will be integrated in team and will be involved in projects ranging from Application development for collection of data centrally when source of data is not backed with a database, will be needing for Data Warehousing, Interfacing, Data Visualization/Analysis and Reporting.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors / masters in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Certification from Center of Development of Advanced Computing in Diploma in advance computing (PG-DAC) or Diploma in HPC Application Programming (PG-DHPCAP) preferred.
• At least 5-8 years experience in development of Power App(Canva & Model driven), Power Automate
• Experience in below areas would be an added advantage –
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
• SQL and NoSQL databases (Joins, Sub queries, Set Operations, Functions)
• App development - web application Front-ends and knowledge of Javascript frameworks (such as ReactJS, Angular JS) backed by cloud services, DevOps CI/CD technologies, IOT / Embedded / M2M Industry (i.e. home automation, factory automation, smart utilities, etc.)
• Experience in Data warehousing with Data visualization, Data cleaning, Exploratory data analysis (SAP BI, SAP Lumira, SAP Analytic Cloud, MicroStrategy, etc).

Designing and developing custom business applications using Power Apps, catering to various departmental needs and user requirements.

Designing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks, notifications, approvals, data synchronization, and integration between various systems and services.

Your expertise will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and driving digital transformation within the organization.

Technical Competencies

Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the entire Power Platform ecosystem, including Power BI for data visualization and Power Virtual Agents for chatbots.

Low-Code Development: Proficiency in low-code/no-code development, as the Power Platform emphasizes rapid application development without extensive coding.

Data Modeling and Integration: Ability to design and implement data models within Common Data Service (CDS) or other data sources.

Experience with integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with external systems, databases, APIs, and services.

User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of user-centric design principles to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.

Skill in UI/UX design, including form layouts, navigation, and responsive design.

Workflow Automation: Knowledge of business process automation and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient workflows using Power Automate.

Custom Connector Development: Familiarity with creating custom connectors to extend the capabilities of Power Apps and Power Automate.

Version Control and Deployment: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and managing app deployments across environments.

Security and Governance: Awareness of security best practices within the Power Platform, including role-based access control, data encryption, and compliance.
