Power Platform Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Lead to oversee the development, deployment, and management of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with experience leading teams, implementing best practices, and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions.
Define technical architecture, best practices, and governance models for Power Platform adoption.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to standards and quality.
Drive the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
Optimize Power Platform solutions for scalability, performance, and usability.
Monitor and manage licensing, capacity, and security compliance within the Power Platform environment.
Stay updated with Microsofts latest updates and features within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Proven experience as a Power Platform Lead or similar role, with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Strong understanding of connectors, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
Proficiency in scripting and development (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Power Fx).
Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, or PL-400 are a plus.
