ServiceNow UI/UX Architect (7-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow UI/UX Architect to lead the design and implementation of user-centric interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.

With over 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience and ensuring that our applications are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the UI/UX design process for ServiceNow applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.

- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to create and optimize UI policies, business rules, and Service Portal elements for enhanced functionality and user satisfaction.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design concepts are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities.

- Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to produce high-quality design assets and specifications.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work within Agile teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

- Collaborate with developers to implement designs, ensuring adherence to best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for optimal performance across devices.

- Stay current with UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and advocate for best practices in design within the organization.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in creating and managing UI policies, business rules, and Service Portal development.

- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with development teams.

- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other similar software for creating user interfaces.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively
