Job Description:
- As a Business Development Manager - Sales, your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities that drive company revenue and growth.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Develop customized sales strategies and proposals to effectively pitch company products or services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client projects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement
