Job Title: ERP Manager / Visual Gems

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ERP Manager/Visual Gems to manage and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring the smooth flow of business operations within our textile and apparel export business. The role will also involve overseeing the design and management of visual gems to support the companys brand identity and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system to ensure its smooth operation across all departments.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between various modules.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ERP-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in business operations.
• Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide ERP-related solutions.
• Provide training and technical support to employees for efficient ERP usage.
• Lead efforts in ERP system upgrades, new feature implementations, and data migrations as required.

Create and Follow SOPs for Each Department:

• Develop, implement, and continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each departments use of the ERP system, ensuring consistency in data entry, reporting, and system operations.
• Ensure that SOPs align with industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements, making sure the ERP is utilized efficiently and effectively across departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand unique workflows and tailor SOPs to address the specific needs and challenges of each team.

Generate Customized ERP Reports for All Departments:

• Create and automate customized reports for various departments (e.g., inventory levels, production schedules, sales performance, financial analysis) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and relevant, providing key stakeholders with the insights they need to track performance, manage resources, and plan future actions.
• Provide assistance to department managers in interpreting ERP reports, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring the data is actionable for operational improvements.

Coordinate with All Departments for Smooth ERP Functioning:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related queries and issues, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the IT team, ERP users, and department heads.
• Work with each department to identify system inefficiencies, troubleshoot problems, and implement system improvements to optimize workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between the ERP system developers (or external vendors) and internal teams, ensuring timely resolutions to issues and the deployment of necessary updates or features.
• Organize periodic review meetings with department heads to assess the performance of the ERP system, gather feedback, and recommend improvements or new functionalities that align with business goals.

Project Management:

• Lead ERP-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion with a focus on meeting business requirements.
• Manage timelines, resources, and communication for ERP-related initiatives and visual design projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of system functionalities and visual content with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Textile Management, Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+years) in managing ERP systems (preferably for textile, apparel, or manufacturing industries).
• Strong knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and system implementation.
• Knowledge of textile and apparel production processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹ 40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
