- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
- Familiarity with real estate investment terminology.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and analysis.
- A demonstration of problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
