Job Description
- Assist in managing legal disputes by conducting legal research and preparing documents.
- Draft responses to legal notices and assist in preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Analyze incoming legal documents to identify relevant legal issues and prepare summaries.
- Support the Legal Disputes Manager in developing litigation strategies and managing case files.
- Review and draft correspondence related to legal matters and disputes.
- Collaborate with external counsel and assist in the discovery process as needed.
- Participate in meetings and take notes, providing follow-up on action items.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal terminology is a plus.
