Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing various sales strategies
- Negotiate and close sales deals while enhancing customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and enhance the customer experience
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
- Attend events, such as trade shows and conferences, to network and promote the organizations products/services
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
