Overview
The Graphic Design Executive & Video Editor plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visual identity of our organization. This dynamic position blends creative acumen with technical expertise, ensuring that all design and video content align with the companys branding and communication objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to produce engaging graphics and dynamic video content, contributing to marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and client presentations. As the visual storyteller, the Graphic Design Executive & Video Editor helps articulate our brands message, making this role essential for capturing audience attention and fostering strong engagement. The ability to interpret design briefs, collaborate effectively across departments, and maintain high standards of quality is essential for success in this fast-paced environment, where creativity meets technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce compelling graphics for various marketing channels.
- Create and edit video content for promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all media.
- Produce animations and motion graphics to enhance digital storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Revise designs and video footage based on constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into work.
- Ensure all designs comply with the organization s branding guidelines.
- Assist in creating social media content that drives engagement.
- Prepare final files for print and digital distribution.
- Identify and prioritize project requirements for timely completion.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative ideas.
- Support overall marketing and communication strategies through visual content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Experience in creating animations and effects is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Knowledge of video production techniques and equipment.
- Experience with content management systems and web design is preferred.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
