- Develop and implement sponsorship strategies for upcoming events.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors to secure partnerships.
- Create comprehensive sponsorship proposals tailored to individual sponsors.

- Manage sponsor relations before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with event teams to ensure sponsor visibility and branding.

- Host and manage sponsor hospitality programs during events.

- Maintain a database of sponsors and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in event management or sponsorship sales.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship dynamics and market trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with budget management and financial planning.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Experience in networking and participating in industry events.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Certificate in event planning or related certification is a plus.
