Sales Support Specialist

You will be working in the exciting and challenging Sales Support department and will be working closely with the Sales management team.

How you will make a difference @ FARO:

• Quote creation in SAP CPQ
• Order related processing documentation
• Contracts/tender overview
• Creating reports/dashboards in SFDC
• Creating warranty contracts in SAP
• Review and log purchase orders in SAP CPQ Review status of product delivery from appropriate sources and advice logistics and sales teams on product shipment to customers.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support to the Sales Manager as well as the sales team.
• Salesforce - Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and special request sales reports.
• Report creation in BI tools
• Check inventory request equipment for Rental

• Raise AP logs for transfer and issue of inventory to Account managers, Regional managers and FAEs.
• Weekly update of order bookings, shipment, and backlog to be sent to Regional managers.
• Quarter closing results of Order Bookings, Shipments and Backlog to be sent to Regional Managers.

This Position Requires:

• Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant sales experience;
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Meticulous and keen in working with numbers;
• High energy level and drive;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Multi cultural awareness;
• Computer literate, knowledge in operating MS application software;
• Excellent Coordination and organizing skills.
