State Head

As a Retail State Head, you will spearhead our operations in either Noida , Central Up or Delhi NCR, championing our mission to make tractor ownership more accessible to farmers.

🚀 Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth in the respective state.
🌱 Building and nurturing strong relationships with dealers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
💼 Leading a team of dedicated professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
💡 Identifying market trends and opportunities to innovate our loan offerings.

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Proven leadership experience in the retail or financial sector, preferably in a managerial capacity.
✔️ Deep understanding of the agricultural landscape and financing needs in Karnataka or Gujarat.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.
✔️ Passion for making a positive impact on rural communities and driving meaningful change.
