Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and manage data to generate timely and accurate reports.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, inventory, financials).
• Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth MIS system operation.
• Collaborate with departments (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to share data insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements and data automation.
• Assist with ad-hoc reports and special projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP), MS Access, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Preferred:

• Experience with MS Excel .
