Category Leadership:
- Strategize and execute the national business plan for the N&D category.
- Define and achieve sales targets, market share, and profitability goals.
Channel Sales Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including pet food retail stores, veterinary channel (KOLs), and breeder networks.
- Design and implement effective channel sales strategies to maximize reach and penetration.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a pan-India sales team dedicated to the category.
- Set performance metrics and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
Market Development:
- Identify market opportunities and create innovative go-to-market strategies tailored to the category.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand visibility, promotional campaigns, and demand generation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with the KOLs and breeder community to build advocacy for the Category.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships.
