Housekeeping Executive/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Site Supervision & Travel

• Travel daily to multiple apartment complexes in North Bangalore for inspections and supervision.
• Conduct site-wise audits and ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a daily/weekly site visit schedule and audit reports.

2. Housekeeping Operations & Quality Control

• Oversee the cleaning of common areas, lobbies, staircases, lifts, parking, and other shared spaces.
• Ensure proper garbage disposal and waste management practices are followed.
• Maintain high-quality hygiene standards across all assigned sites.

3. Team Management & Scheduling

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure they follow SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain duty rosters for all locations.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety measures, and equipment usage.

4. Inventory & Supplies Management

• Monitor housekeeping supplies at each site and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.

5. Resident & Client Interaction

• Address resident complaints and housekeeping-related requests.
• Work closely with apartment association members and facility managers.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure staff follow safety protocols while handling chemicals and equipment.
• Train teams on fire safety, emergency procedures, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: SSLC/PUC or Diploma in Housekeeping/Facility Management.
• Experience: 2-5 years in housekeeping supervision, preferably in apartments, hotels, or facility management.
• Mandatory:
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license for daily travel.
• Familiarity with North Bangalore routes.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Good communication (Kannada, Hindi, and basic English).
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
