ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must have excellent communication skills, as he/she will be managing soft staff and will be coordinating with all departments in an organization. Facility Management expertise is must and should have relevant industry experience. Facility Executive is responsible for work allocation, planning, and coordinating with both internal and external clients. He/she is required to have relevant skills to ensure that housekeeping of the building is maintained to the highest standards. Facility Executive must have knowledge of facility-related equipment, chemicals and consumables. He/she must ensure that at all the times discipline by one and all is maintained in the premises and be able to boost up the moral of staff reporting into him/her. He needs to ensure that Janitors, Office Boys, Pantry Boys and other soft services staff are available as per their scheduled shifts, in proper uniforms and are well-groomed. Daily duties may include :

• Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative operations • Overseeing the cleaning and internal landscaping

• Instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the property

• Ensuring coherent availability and utilisation of resources

• Overseeing communication frameworks within the facility

• Ensuring the property meets local and industry-specific safety guidelines

• Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly

• Maintaining records including daily attendance and attrition QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

REQUIREMENTS G

.Graduate in any stream Hotel Management Degree or Diploma .
