Job Description
- To ensure the people management at site selection, site induction, attendance, discipline, leave, registers.
- To conduct daily site rounds and ensure that checklists are maintained.
- To conduct daily briefing to housekeeping staff and ensure delployment as per duty roster.
- To educate and conduct periodic training for all team members.
- To oversee and maintain inventory of housekeeping materials, pantry, office supplies etc.
- To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed within the TAT.
- To evaluate support services, identify needs, anticipate problems and develop corrective actions.
- To ensure cleaning, disinfection, sanitization is taken care as per the schedule.
- To ensure adherence to the SOP’s related to any emergency scenario (e.g. COVID19).
- To identify areas for cost optimization and implement the same in coordination with site manager.
- To coordinate with vendors, check and submit invoices for timely payout.
- To ensure timely supply of material and services by vendor.
- To assist site manager in preparing various site reports like MMR, QBR etc.
- To assist in organizing events and other administrative requirements.
- To maintain and keep record of petty cash.
- To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOPs.
