Facility Executive - Soft Services

Role & responsibilities

Developing and maintaining commercially productive relationships with both employees and clients at site. Provide smooth operations of the site w.r.t. Admin, Security, fire & safety, housekeeping maintenance, landscaping, finances and customer relations.

Preferred candidate profile

1) He will be reporting to Operation manager.

2) He will be responsible for soft services.

3) He will ensure that facility is spic and span at all times.

4) He will ensure that Front office is managed at all times.

5) He will ensure proper pantry services.

6) He will be responsible for maintenance of housekeeping store.

7) He will be responsible for maintaining all records/log sheets pertaining to housekeeping.

8) He will ensure that proper landscaping is being developed by Gardeners.

9) Facade cleaning

10) Pest controlling services.

11) Waste management.

Training of housekeeping staff.
