Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator that will be working closely with the Assistant Facility Management Team & the Atlassian Workplace Experience Team to create and deliver exceptional workplace experiences for their India based site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for anticipating client needs, outperforming key performance indicators within the contract, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Workplace Management

• Support day-to-day operational aspects of Atlassians Bengaluru workplace environments

• Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team s goals and objectives

• Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed

• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities

• Develop and manage relationships with Atlassian and the Workplace Experience team

• Support workplace inspections

• Manage workplace asset replacement/refurbishment recommendations

Compliance and Safety

• Assist with compliance with OH&S, environment, and risk management policies

• Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systems

• Help coordinate fire warden / first aid training programs

Project Management

• Assist with workplace enablement functions for churn/relocation projects

• Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned

Financial Management

• Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting

• Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variances

• Review operating expenses and implement cost-saving measures

Key Requirements:

• 2 + years of experience with facilities management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions with limited supervision

• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets

• Experience with flexible workplace environments preferred
