About the Role
We are seeking a self-driven Senior Documentation Specialist to take complete ownership of our product documentation and enablement for Facilios products
In this role, you will work independently to ensure that Facilios documentation is clear, accurate, and empowers our customers to get the most out of our platform
You will collaborate with key stakeholders across product, engineering, and customer success to deliver a seamless knowledge experience.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about making complex information simple and actionable.
What you'll own?
Own the development and delivery of Facilios product documentation; drive the overall structure, content, and delivery of Facilios documentation ensuring accuracy, clarity, and up-to-date information.
Create product guides, FAQs, and other user-friendly materials that simplify complex concepts and improve user experience.
Partner with product managers, engineers, UX teams, and customer success to gather insights, improve content quality, and align documentation with real-world use cases.
Work closely with engineering teams and leadership to improve/ enhance the documentation system, to enhance the documentation and release processes.
Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of your content
Use feedback and analytics to drive ongoing improvements to documentation, making it more user-centric and impactful.
What makes you a good fit?
6 to 8 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or product documentation, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Strong expertise in developing product enablement content that improves customer experience and product adoption.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple, actionable content.
Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of driving projects independently and taking ownership from start to finish.
Familiarity with documentation tools and best practices for content lifecycle management.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align documentation efforts with business goals.
