Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the facade lighting or construction industry.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel frequently and conduct site visits as required.
- Valid driver s license and access to own transportation.
- Meet potential clients to introduce our facade lighting solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable lighting solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Address any client concerns or issues during site visits.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and market presence.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our services.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
- Present our services and capabilities effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure projects.
- Gather feedback from clients regarding our services and projects.
- Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements based on client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client visits, and project status.
- Provide updates to management on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities.
