Qualifications
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the facade lighting or construction industry.
Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
Strong understanding of construction site operations and project management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Willingness to travel frequently and conduct site visits as required.
Valid driver s license and access to own transportation.
