MIS Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collate and organize data from various teams and departments.
• Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Assist the management team in tracking project progress through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns.
• Automate repetitive processes and improve reporting efficiencies.
• Present data findings clearly and concisely, preparing reports and visual presentations for senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
• Provide support in decision-making by delivering key data insights on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and reporting consistency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data-focused role.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts, etc).
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights in an understandable format to management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
