Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise market segment.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
    • Understand clients business needs and provide tailored ISP solutions, including broadband, leased lines, VPNs, and other enterprise connectivity solutions.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  1. Solution Selling
    • Collaborate with technical teams to propose customized solutions that align with clients IT infrastructure and business requirements.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and negotiations with potential customers.
  2. Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the ISP industry.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and competitive positioning.

  1. Contract Management and Compliance
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales in alignment with company policies.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for ISP services.

  1. Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams (technical support, network operations, and customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in the ISP or telecom industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with internet technologies, networking solutions, and related hardware/software.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to manage high-level client relationships and multi-year contracts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve client challenges.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
