Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring

consistent messaging across all channels.

• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to craft compelling

and innovative campaigns.

• Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including copy, graphics, and videos, ensuring

brand consistency and relevance to target audiences.

• Design and implement content marketing efforts, including blogs, whitepapers, case

studies, webinars, and newsletters.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing,

and social media, to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

• Implement and manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve

conversion efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and development) to align

marketing initiatives and strategies.

• Establish and track KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend

(ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).

• Explore and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to amplify

brand reach and credibility.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

across the APAC region to promote brand awareness and foster partnerships

• Travel within the APAC region as needed for market research, partner meetings, and

event management.

• Conduct market analysis to identify region-specific opportunities and adapt strategies to

local preferences and behaviors.

• Build and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders, partners, and agencies to

ensure seamless execution of localized campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing, campaign management, and digital tools

(e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager).

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis and translating insights into

actionable strategies.
