Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with affiliate partners to promote high-value

collaborations.

• Design affiliate recruitment campaigns to onboard top-performing affiliates.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials tailored for affiliate use.
• Monitor compliance with program guidelines and ensure ethical marketing practices.
• Track performance metrics such as conversions, click-through rates, and affiliate

payouts.

• Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark affiliate program performance.
• Negotiate commission rates and promotional terms to motivate affiliates.
• Generate comprehensive reports showcasing ROI, affiliate contributions, and growth

opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+year experience with advanced affiliate tracking software and APIs.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the APAC region based on business needs.
• Ability to identify and onboard influencers and niche affiliates for targeted campaigns.
• Knowledge of global affiliate marketing trends and legal compliance.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
