Why do we want to hire Senior Team Manager (Team Lead)):-
Just imagine when you are a customer and need help. The first thought each individual may get is to
call the customer care, because there is someone who is really a specialist and also keen in solving
your query. As a Senior Team Manager (Team Lead) you would be involved in strategizing and
setting the UMDS experience for your team to meet the required metrics. Overseeing the day- to day
operations run smoothly by delegating the tasks aptly. Being a growing organization, we are
extremely tech oriented and believe in maximum automation. Hence your role would also involve
extensive working on MS Suite. With your high leadership and communication skills you would
resolve the queries of your team and the customers whenever required. You would also partner with
the other teams to ensure seamless support to the business unit.
Candidate Requirements:-
We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical and
Collaborative role. Following is the background we are looking for:-
