To be perform Sales in All industrial Electronics active, passive components like ( All types of semiconductors, IC s, Resistors, Capacitors, Inductors, Diodes, Transistors, Mosfets, Connectors, Switches, Relays, IGBT, Cables etc., ) To bring New Business Opportunity for the assigned Product Line. To assist the Company in growing market share for the assigned Product line with Own and deploy account strategy. Also meet NBO, Sales, Design and profit objectives. This individual is responsible for New Business Development and managing an assigned group of Accounts. Should be responsible to create new opportunities / New Business Opportunities for the assigned Product Line in the defined market verticals. Should be able to define and implement an account plan for each customer, which achieves specific sales, margin and profit goals. Develop & implement account plans utilizing all appropriate resources. Maintain a strong understanding of customers products and customer s direction and of our competitors as well as our customer s competition. Understand customer s issues, objectives and needs. Identify and develop relationship with key decision makers in the customer s organization. Identify Bill of material by account and cross reference wherever possible. Continue to understand the purchasing habits of customers. Continue to improve market share position at accounts. Interact with new/existing customers to increase sales activities. Interact with source team and offer quotations to customers to perform business development. Responsibilities on Quotations/ Orders/ Sales value/ Shipments follow-ups/ delivery to customers to be supervised. Experience: at least 1 year of experience in electrical/electronic above components sales activities. Good knowledge in MS office, System activities with Good Communication skills
