Job Description

Overview:

  • Bandwidth, a leading agency specializing in Offshore Development Centers, Staff Augmentation, and RPO services, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market share in India and the UAE.
  • This role requires a proactive, innovative professional with a strong background in sales, digital lead generation, and strategic vendor relations within the technology and staffing sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base through traditional and digital sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Utilize advanced lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and ZoomInfo to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Reach out to startups, MNCs, and mid to large-scale enterprises to establish Bandwidth as a preferred vendor in both UAE and India.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs to develop targeted solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide detailed reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to gather insights and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the tech or staffing industry, with a focus on digital lead generation and establishing vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the markets in India and the UAE, with an ability to influence and engage prospects across cultures.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
