Management Trainee - Recruitment & HR

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our Recruitment & HR team.
• This role offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip fresh MBA graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in HR functions and recruitment processes.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Batch 2024).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
