Job Description:

1. Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans

2. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs, strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the organization

3. Develop recruitment strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify and recruit right talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility. Identifies appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organization

4. Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization. Included in this area would be programs for talent management, talent development, employee relations, grievance resoultion, prevention of sexual harassment, performance management and employee retention among others

5. Ensure recruitment of qualitative resources as per manpower plan, budget, TAT

6. On-boarding of new hires, appointment letter generation, smooth assimilation within Eye-Q system

7. Drive talent development, talent engagement & performance management initiatives

8. Proactively visit centres (at least once a quarter) within the regions to establish visibility, understand & resolve grievances, manage employee relations, drive retention & conduct 1:1 sessions with employees to drive engagement & retention
