Assistant Manager - Corporate Marketing (2-4 yrs)

About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Corporate Marketing to drive business growth and strengthen our corporate presence.

- The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective marketing strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

- Success in this role involves achieving financial objectives, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business objectives within the assigned areas through targeted corporate marketing strategies.

- Develop and implement market plans to achieve financial objectives.

- Conduct cold calls to corporates, PSUs, TPAs, and insurance companies to develop new business associations.

- Identify and secure new accounts while managing and nurturing relationships with existing accounts.

- Organize and manage corporate camps and events to generate fresh leads.

- Develop and implement innovative strategies for business development.

- Oversee the training and monitoring of corporate marketing staff to ensure effective business operations.

- Manage and maintain an updated database of existing accounts for ongoing engagement.

- Facilitate empanelment processes with TPAs, government agencies, PSUs, and corporates to expand partnerships.

- Create and manage Service Level Agreements (SOC) for cashless association.

- Support the OPD department by driving corporate collaborations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in corporate marketing, business development, or a related field (3-5 years).

- Strong understanding of market trends and business strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.

- Experience in handling TPA, government, or corporate empanelment is an advantage.

- Event management and lead generation expertise.
