We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive business insights and automation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in deep learning, NLP, and MLOps and be able to work with large-scale datasets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy ML models for classification, regression, NLP, and deep learning applications.

- Preprocess and clean data for training and inference.

- Develop scalable and efficient ML pipelines.

- Optimize and fine-tune ML models to improve accuracy and performance.

- Deploy ML models using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-prem infrastructure.

- Work closely with software engineers to integrate models into applications.

- Implement MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment of models.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

- Strong proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).

- Experience with NLP (Hugging Face, SpaCy) and deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers).

- Hands-on experience in MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of big data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI, Azure ML).

- Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
