We are looking for a highly skilled React.js Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing rich, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality frontend solutions, collaborating with backend teams, and ensuring seamless integration with APIs and services. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, and a passion for creating excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

React.js Development : Develop, test, and maintain user-facing features using React.js. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

UI/UX Collaboration : Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.

State Management : Implement and manage complex application states using tools like Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.

API Integration : Integrate front-end components with backend services via RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.

Performance Optimization : Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, improving performance through best practices.

Cross-Browser Compatibility : Ensure that web applications work across a wide range of browsers and devices, adhering to responsive design principles.

Code Quality & Maintenance : Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Conduct code reviews and collaborate with other developers to ensure the codebase remains of the highest quality.

Testing : Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform thorough debugging to ensure robust and reliable applications.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA) in an Agile environment to deliver features on time.

Continuous Learning : Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the frontend architecture.

Skills & Qualifications :

Required :

Experience : 4-8 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.

React.js Expertise : Solid understanding of React.js, including functional components, hooks, JSX, and lifecycle methods.

JavaScript (ES6+) : Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), including concepts like promises, async/await, modules, destructuring, and arrow functions.

State Management : Strong experience with Redux or other state management libraries, as well as React's Context API.

Frontend Technologies : Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like Sass or LESS.

Responsive Design : Experience building responsive layouts and using CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material-UI, or TailwindCSS.

Version Control : Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative development.

Testing : Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Build Tools : Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn for dependency management and optimization.

Problem Solving : Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

TypeScript : Experience with TypeScript for static typing and improved code quality.

API Integration : Experience working with GraphQL in addition to RESTful APIs.

CI/CD Pipelines : Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.

Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.

Cloud Services : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or hosting services like Netlify or Vercel.

Design Systems : Experience implementing or contributing to design systems for consistency across applications.

Performance Tuning : Advanced skills in frontend performance optimization techniques.
