Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team, working remotely during the Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for all third-party vendors and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and legal paperwork.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and work hours to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, addressing issues proactively.
• Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
• Use project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and expenses.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing presentation materials and drafting correspondence.
• Assist the Project Manager in identifying and eliminating blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements in all project activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and cost management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualification Required

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related profile.
• Comfortable working in the night shift. This is a remote role.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and power backup.

Salary: 12 to 15 LPA
