Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, working in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, with a focus on vendor agreements, subcontracts, and purchase agreements. The role requires a strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, subcontracts, purchase agreements, and financing documents.
• Collaborate with in-house and external legal teams to ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct thorough contract reviews, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, proofread, and edit legal and compliance correspondence, forms, and documentation.
• Provide advice and guidance on contract terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.
• Manage and track contract expiration dates and renewal processes.
• Maintain organized contract records and documentation for easy retrieval.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, legal requirements, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance, with experience in vendor agreements and subcontracts.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Candidate must be comfortable working in the night shift.
• This is a remote WFH opportunity.
• High-speed internet and power backup are required.

Salary: 12 to 15 LPA
