Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development:

  • Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for cross-platform development (iOS and Android).
  • Design, implement, and test user interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure the mobile apps smooth performance across devices and platforms.

• Back-End Development:

  • Develop scalable and efficient back-end services using Python (Django/Flask) to support front-end applications.
  • Integrate with APIs, third-party services, and databases.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.

• Collaboration & Code Quality:

  • Work collaboratively in an agile team environment with designers, project managers, and other developers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and company guidelines.
  • Perform code reviews, identify bugs, and ensure that testing is thorough.

• Deployment & Maintenance:

  • Work on deploying applications to app stores and managing updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Provide clear documentation for development processes, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Report on progress, challenges, and deliverables to the management team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Flutter and Python.

• Technical Skills:

  • Flutter: Proficiency in building mobile applications (both iOS and Android).
  • Python: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Version Control: Familiar with Git for version control and collaborative coding practices.
  • APIs: Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Cloud/DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software.

• Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Dart and other front-end frameworks.
