Gen AI Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Engineer with a strong foundation in Generative AI frameworks and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangChain, agentic frameworks, and other GenAI tools to build, optimize, and deploy AI-driven applications. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud-based AI solutions, integrating GenAI models, and leveraging cloud infrastructure for scalable deployment.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LangChain, agentic frameworks, and other AI toolkits.

Implement and optimize LLM-based applications for real-world use cases.

Design and integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Work on end-to-end AI model lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.

Ensure model performance, scalability, and efficiency through rigorous testing and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and software developers, to deliver robust AI solutions.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and cloud technologies, applying them to enhance existing solutions.

Maintain documentation for models, architectures, and implementation strategies

Required Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI.

Strong working knowledge of LangChain, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering.

Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with experience in AI/ML model deployment.

Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

Experience with APIs, vector databases, and orchestration tools in AI applications.

Understanding MLOps best practices for AI model management and deployment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
