Exponentia - Full Stack Developer - Node.js/Python (4-6 yrs)

Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development of web applications, delivering high-quality code and creating seamless user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to build scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key requirement :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient full-stack web applications.

- Work with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js) to create interactive user interfaces.

- Develop server-side logic using back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and Web Services to support front-end functionality.

- Develop and maintain database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and design efficient data models.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure consistency across web applications.

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure application security.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack and ensure optimal performance of both client and server-side components.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve development processes and product quality.

- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
