Talend Developer - ETL (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talend Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using the Talend platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and the ability to work with large datasets. As a Talend Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing data workflows, data quality, and ensuring seamless integration of data across multiple systems.

- Design, develop, and implement data integration processes using Talend Studio (both Talend Open Studio and Talend Data Integration).

- Create and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (e.g., databases, flat files, APIs) into target systems.

- Develop and manage complex data pipelines to support real-time and batch data integration.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions.

- Work on data cleansing, transformation, and data quality management.

- Integrate Talend with other tools and technologies (such as databases, cloud platforms, message queues).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL jobs, data synchronization, and performance.

- Ensure the high performance, scalability, and reliability of data integration solutions.

- Monitor and optimize ETL jobs and data workflows to ensure they meet performance and operational standards.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure code quality.

- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Talend and data integration best practices.
