Senior Manager - Human Resource & Admin
The Employer:
The Employer is a rapidly growing start-up that is developing and launching new brands of beverages with an innovative and sustainable product range. The company, promoted by a group of serial entrepreneurs with extensive experience in F&B industry, has recently launched its new range of beverages in selected markets. New launches are planned in several global markets, including US, Far East, Europe and Middle East, in a phased manner.
The company is looking for an HR & Admin professional to play a critical role in building global teams, shaping the company culture, overseeing administration, and supporting the growth journey.
Position : HR and Admin Manager
Location: Delhi NCR/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office management, and administrative tasks.
- He/she will also provide support to the COO in a wider range of activities including large product launch events featuring celebrities.
- The ideal candidate will be a highly proactive and resourceful professional, passionate about building a strong organizational foundation for success. He/She should be comfortable with managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and step in to support the COO, as required.
- For Human Resources, key deliverables will be in Talent Acquisition (global), Onboarding, Employee Engagement, HR Policies, Compliance, L&D, C&B management, and Performance Management.
- For Administration, the selected candidate will help in setting up of offices in different regions, oversee daily operations, maintain office and employee records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and IT/facilities/infrastructure.
- In the initial phase, he/she will be actively engaged in coordinating Product Launch Events in different countries.
- The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the top management on HR and administrative matters, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be preferred.
- 5~10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in start-ups in F&B/FMCG sector.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in different countries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible. Self-motivated and proactive. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Creative problem solver with a growth mindset.
