Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Expert Engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical control panels and a passion for sales. This role involves identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and fostering strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and generate new leads, and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions for electrical control panels.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, explaining products or services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in electrical or control panel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical control panels and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
