Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks for performance management and career development to align with organizational goals.
• Design and refine compensation structures that ensure equity, competitiveness, and alignment with market benchmarks.
• Lead the introduction, implementation, and optimization of advanced HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Leverage analytics to deliver actionable insights across HR domains, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Drive DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives that reflect company values and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Expertise

This role requires proven hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas:

• Developing and implementing performance management and career development frameworks.
• Designing and refining compensation structures, including benchmarking and equity assessments.
• Leveraging data and analytics to drive people strategies, including building tools or establishing a people analytics practice.
• Implementing and optimizing HR systems to enhance efficiency and employee experiences.
• Driving DEIB initiatives that foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably Engineering/Technology).
• Masters/Diploma in HR Management.
• 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on specialist areas.
