Job Description
- Certified CPC/CCS coder with minimum 3 years of post-certification experience, experience and skillset, to review the medical records and determine the coding corrections. E&M Coders.
- CPC/CCS Certified Coder with minimum 3 years of experience after certification.
- Credential should not have Apprentice (CPC-"A").
- Should have experience in E&M Outpatient, Inpatient and ED Coding along with minor surgery procedures.
- E&M Inpatient coding experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Multispecialty will be an added advantage.
- Coding experience: Minimum 3 years (Post Certification)
- Auditing experience (Optional)
- Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
- 40 hours per week as Full time employee
- Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
- Weekends Off
- High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
- Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy
- Follow every aspect of SOP without fail
- Ensure to maintain the 98% Quality
- Ensure to maintain the 7.5 claims per hour as productivity
- Updating the QA feedback in EXLmine & Pareo
- Complete received Audits with Quality
- To achieve Quality and production target
- Follow project related protocols and instructions
- Escalate issues, identify trends...
- Update all the logs like productivity, Clarification log, and any other logs applicable on a daily basis.
- Check with Manager /TL in case of clarifications
- All emails from Manager should be answered promptly without fail
- Ensure compliance of entire team for HIPAA, OIG
