Manager - Procurement

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures including supplier code of conduct
• Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of team
• Review buying channels / category information
• Manage Spot buy requests from internal clients via multiple entry points
• Engage with Vendor Risk team for planning of assessment of existing vendors as well as manage the entire co-ordination for potential vendor assessment/ due diligence.
• Develop and execute SPOT buy event
• Select and negotiate purchase with supplier
• In-Depth understanding of data management and processing for procurement function to be able to generate required reports from ERP/ Procurement Application and various portals
• Analyze data reports from various procurement systems to be used as information for preparation of MIS
• Develop monthly reports and share with business stakeholders
• Responsible for team management and providing feedback to team
