Responsibilities:

* Handle import-export documentation and trade compliance.

* Handle FTP, export incentives, and trade agreements (FTA).

* Handle EPCG Scheme, Advanced Licence (Advanced Authorization, RoDTEP Claims & Compliance).

* Handle duty drawback claims & ensure compliance with customs regulations.

* Coordinate with Customs authorities for timely processing of duty refunds.

* Prepare & maintain various trackers.

* Coordinate with government offices and travel outside Pune as and when required.

* Prepare and maintain internal and client-specific MIS reports.

* Conversant with various Exim Incentives - Various Licenses, refunds, etc.

Required Skills:

* MBA - IB/ PGDM - IB/ Foreign Trade or equivalent.

* CMA - Inter / CMA - Qualified candidates (Those who are interested in Indirect Taxation) - No Articleship, only full-time job.

* This role requires managing a team of 5 - 7 people, ensuring alignment with organizational goals & objectives.

* Basic knowledge of foreign trade, customs, and trade compliances.

* Strong communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

* Knowledge of theoretical concepts related to trade and compliance.

* Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic requirements.

Experience: 3 5 years in relevant field.
