Eximietas Design - Analog Circuit Design Engineer (4-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Analog Design Engineer with strong experience in both analog and mixed-signal circuit design. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in analog design principles and be well-versed in designing and implementing key analog IPs and high-speed I/O circuits.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implementation of basic analog IPs such as :

- Low Dropout Regulators (LDOs)

- DC-DC Converters

- Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC) / Digital-to-Analog Converters (DAC)

- Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs) and Oscillators

- Temperature Sensors, Bandgap References, Voltage Monitors

Circuit design implementation of SERDES blocks, including :

- Transmitter

- Continuous-Time Linear Equalizer (CTLE)

- Symbol Alignment Logic (SAL)

- Delay-Locked Loop (DLL)

- Phase Interpolator

- Decision Feedback Equalizer (DFE) and Feed Forward Equalizer (FFE)

- Design and validation of high-speed I/O circuits with experience in Die-to-Die interconnects, including :

- HBM (High Bandwidth Memory)

- DDR (Double Data Rate)

- UCIe (Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express) protocols

- Hands-on experience with lower FINFET technology nodes.

- Basic analog layout knowledge, especially with FINFET technology.

Required Expertise :

- At least 3 years of experience in analog circuit design.

- Strong knowledge of Cadence and Synopsys mixed-signal design tool flow.

- Expertise in analog & mixed-signal circuit design, including analog IPs and SERDES blocks.

- Familiarity with high-speed I/O protocols and die-to-die interconnects.

- Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept through to final design.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with lower FINFET technology nodes.

- Basic understanding of analog layout, especially in FINFET technology.
